Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. jipark employs age verification procedures and will close any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one jipark account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. jipark uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jipark reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your jipark account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jipark may require you to verify your identity at any time by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jipark account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jipark will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jipark support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jipark is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time jipark deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
All deposits to your jipark account must be made using payment methods accepted by jipark, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jipark does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jipark does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. jipark is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jipark aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
jipark reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable law. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on jipark are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jipark does not apply currency conversion fees. What you deposit in pesos is what you play with, and what you win is what you withdraw.

jipark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jipark's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jipark account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jipark's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jipark reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.
You may close your jipark account at any time by contacting jipark support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
